As it is a created language, it's a small wonder that Esperanto contains so many mysteries. And perhaps the greatest, most spellbinding mystery of it all is its baby names. Vespera instantly brings to mind a girl of shadows, dancing with the night's splendor, drifting in and out of reality during the short window of twilight. Twin to Stelara and a bewitching treat for the eyes, ears and lips, Vespera is a marvelous name in all its glory.
I think it is great!I love this kind of unusual nature-names. It also seems very witchy.. lovely!I love the vesper-time for the light and its electric vibe.
Vesper is possibly my favorite name--when I first heard it in "Casino Royale," it really struck a chord with me. I think the 'a' at the end (though it makes this an Esperanto name instead of a Latin one) is a bit superfluous. Kind of like Helen vs. Helena (much prefer Helen). Anyway... Vesper needs to be added to the database.
To me, this name only sounds good when said by those with an accent.

I am not sure whether to like or hate this name. I think it could be one of those that's good to use in a story, but not so great for a real life person.
