As odd as this name is, I still like it. A little on the hard side of pronunciation, but it's a solid, strong name to me.

As much as I like archaic Russian names and the name Cecilia, I don't like Tsetsiliya. It reminds me of tsetse flies.

I love Russian names, and the name Cecilia, but this one just looks weird written out. I can only really picture it on an elderly woman, and don't recall ever having encountered this name in any Russian literature, films, or news stories.
