This sounds like the most natural diminutive of Letitia, Lettie and Tishy sound a bit forced. But unfortunately, society happened. Maybe spelling it Titi will work better? Or Tici, for Leticia.

NO don't do it! I advise you to stop and think before you give this name to anyone.
Lmfao. Who ACTUALLY named their Child this? It might have been a name for Letitia a long time ago, but now it's slang for a female body part in English Speaking Countries. With the names Asse, Lagina, and Peni on this site, I can't say I'm surprised.
I don’t even like Tit as a name, but this nickname is atrocious. You shouldn’t name your kid after a vulgar body part, it’s just pure madness. The poor thing would get teased so hard, he wouldn’t make it to first grade.
I would consider this name being removed from this website, since NO one would ever use this as a given name or a diminutive anymore, especially since this name is English and "Titty" (slang) is only used in places that speak English. It doesn't bother me but it seems to bother lots of people on this website, since they grew up speaking English. My point of view is different because in my language we have slangs like "m#%*e and c@#%*e", that English speakers will not understand and they won't mind about till they learn the language.
What a disgusting thing to call your daughter. It's like something you would call a Stripper, Escort, or Porn Star by. DON'T DO IT!

This sounds like a nickname for a character from an old-fashioned comedy/musical. Like I picture someone from the 50's or before being called this informally.

Maybe long long time ago this name was appropriate, but in modern times the poor girl is in for a lifetime of teasing. If you want a T name go for Tonya or Tatiana or Tatia.
Hmm. Imagine introducing yourself. "Hi, I'm Titty!" Whoa, awkward... And as a name, ICK. It's like naming your kid... well, you get the point. This name is horrible, and I'm sure that the comments above have already explained enough. But because I have a say too, DON'T NAME YOUR KID THIS! It will be heck for the poor thing.
This is a name? Wow, how stupid do you have to be to name your daughter this in modern culture where "tit" has a meaning like that? I may be rude in saying this (just read my prepared comment over), but it would be kind of dim to subject your little girl to so much teasing, eh?
Yes, but the world is full of immature people so some teasing and life scarring situations are bound to arise. You can't ignore the fact that this name is inappropiate and alluring to a certain part of the female anatomy. I didn't even know it was a name. Ewww!
People need to show some maturity. If a girl is named 'Titty' she wouldn't be named after a breast. This name was in existence before 'tit' was decidedly used as slang for the female breast.I wouldn't pity a girl for having this name, I'd pity her because of all the immature people who'd make fun of her for it.

Oh wow. That is horrible! NO ONE should name their child this!
I LOVE this name! It's my best friend's nickname because when her mom was pregnant with her second child, the family was playing Scrabble and when her mom looked in the Scrabble dictionary, she saw that Titty was either Scottish or Yiddish slang for "sister." So she has been Titty ever since.
Oh no! I can't believe that has actually been used as a name! The poor women who have borne this name (and others like it, such as Fanny)! No self-respecting parent would even try this today. Calling your daughter a teat, what nerve!
