This is the first comment on the name Sylvette, so I wanted to say:
This name is a very nice and beautiful name. I absolutely LOVE -ette names, they are fun to pronounce and really beautiful, all of them, from Marinette to something more different like Émiliette. Sylvette is very pretty when you write it on paper, it has an elegant touch to it, but it’s not overdone, like Auxilidora or Giovanna. And nicknames are really possible, like Sylvie. If you want to name your daughter this name, go for it!
This name is also quite sad if you ask me. I don’t like super popular names like Olivia and Isabella, but I think someone needs to use Sylvette, it’s lonely how it was used a lot before and now… it’s a zero. But of course, the popularity of the name doesn’t mean much, names don’t have personalities themselves.
Again, this name is beautiful, please, use Sylvette again!
