Such a pretty name. My Romanian cousin is named Ştefania, and she loves her name. If were to name my daughter after her, I'd go for this spelling.

I really hate this name. A friend of mine has this name and she hates it as well. She is really sweet but this name is ugly. We call her "Stefy" cause that's the only nickname for it.
