My daughter's father said his grandfather was an O’Shea. I dropped the O and hyphenated her first name, Tara-Shea. Two friends loved it so they named their daughters the same, sans hyphen!
Most folk call her Shea. When she was born in 1969, Shea butter wasn’t around yet! Donise Stevens.
