The name is pronounced seh-sho-mah-roo. In Japanese the "e" is pronounced like the English sound "eh". Using English word sounds it would be seh as in 'set', sho as in 'show', mah as in 'rah', and roo as in 'rude'. If you want to be super fancy, double consonants in Japanese have a very slight pause before saying the consonant sound, to my knowledge. Hope this helps.
