I also like the spelling of Sevina. Makes me prounce it as 'seh v nuh' instead of 'suh v nuh'.

I love this name. It's so beautiful. You could use "Savvy" as a sweet nickname. Also, I personally like the kind-of connection to Tom Savini (special effects artist for Dawn of the Dead, Friday the 13th, and Day of the Dead).
