The video game console SEGA Saturn shares the name, Saturn was a 5th generation games console released by SEGA in 1994, mainly meant to compete against the Sony Playstation and Nintendo 64, the console [Saturn] actually outsold the latter system in its home region of Japan but was considered a commercial failure outside the region whilst fans of the console consider it to be a hidden gem, home to wonderful 2D experiences, and a unique library of games, which because of the success of Saturn in japan, it remains the #1 SEGA console in terms of amount of games with over 1000 licensed games, nearly 75% of which were exclusive to Japan. :)
