I know 3 baby girls with this name so it's a dainty girl name to me. Very trendy name these days so I'd probably prefer something a bit more unusual. So many variations of the name are popular- Roman with an M in particular. RoHan and RoMan are different names but very similar sounding when you have a few in the same class, on the same street etc. Overused.

I don’t mind it on either gender. This could be a variant spelling of Rowan maybe.
I didn't know this was a person's name until I was skimming the Top 1000 list and saw it there. "Riders of Rohan! What news from the Mark?" Hopefully little Rohan will not be joined by siblings Gondor, Mordor and the Shire.

While I know of a girl named Rohan, and while the name does suit her rather well, I can't help but prefer it on a boy. However, I don't mind it on a girl at all.
I think it suits a male rather than a female too. It's a beautiful looking name. It is quite similar to Rowan in a way, but I definitely like Rohan better.

I was surprised to see 70% said feminine, my first thought when I saw this name was masculine.

This is a really awesome, really strong masculine name in my opinion.
