I would rate this name as "meh". It is really indifferent for me. Some people argue the single c makes it "incomplete" and I tend to dislike feminine names with extra consonants, eg: "Ana > Anna"; "Sara > Sarah"; "Ashlyn > Ashlynn" etc. But this specific case is really indifferent for me.

The one "c" looks incomplete; I like Rebecca better.
