I’m not completely sure how other people pronounce it. I personally think the best way is Rain-uh, rather than Ri-nuh, or Ray-na.

"Ai" in "Raina" is pronounced as a diphthong [ai], but not [ei] like in "rain", "rein" and "reign"!
