Rachele Barbieri is an Italian professional road and track cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's Team Liv Racing–Xstra. She won the women's scratch race at the 2017 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.

Rachele Sangiuliano is a retired volleyball player who represented Italy in the early 2000s. She was a member of the Women's National Team that won the gold medal at the 2002 World Championship in Germany. After retiring from volleyball, she became a television presenter. Sangiuliano was inducted into the Italian Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2022.

She was born into a peasant family and was the daughter of Agostino Guidi and wife Anna Lombardi. After the death of her father, her mother became the lover of the widowed Alessandro Mussolini.

Rachele Bruni is an Italian swimmer, specializing in open water long-distance races. In 2015 Bruni became the first Italian swimmer to win the FINA 10 km Marathon Swimming World Cup. She won it again in 2016.

Rachele Brooke Smith is an American actress and dancer. Her dance talent has been featured in films such as Center Stage: Turn It Up, Bring It On: Fight to the Finish, and Burlesque.
