Quique

So this is literally the Latin word for whatever. It's pronounced differently (kwee-kway), but I don't think I could ever see it as a nickname, let alone a formal name. It just seems kind of disrespectful to me, probably because I'd never get over thinking I was calling them "whatever."

It is a Spanish diminutive or nickname used only for those called Enrique. Rarely/never used for pets.
