Makes me think of Pica too much by wording a pikachu by sound.

I like this name, although I would probably use it for a girl's name instead of a boys name. Maybe add another part onto it. Like Pikakoa, Brave Peter :)

I don't like this name. Someone with it is bound to be called Pikachu. I love Pikachu, but Pika doesn't sound good as a name!

While it's rather cute, one is reminded very much of the fictional rodent Pikachu.
