The current definition as it is known now as 'bright' is misleading for Apollo as it does not paint the whole picture. Phoebus sounds more like a stem of Phobe and Phobia. Think of light as a way to escape the scares induced by darkness. Also, light can negatively affect one's vision, especially in dark times. Think of sitting by an outdoor fire outside in the woods at night; when you look at the bright fire and then turn away and try to see into the dark surroundings, the darkness that can be faintly visible without the light of the fire is now pitch black because the eyes have adjusted to the light of the fire. So that brightness of Phoebus is actually due to a Phobia of the truth that exists in every walking area of the world and every visible area of the sky (which is heaven, the circle). And in that fear of the truth and comfort found in light comes a need to divide and conquer the globe we live on, creating distractions for us beings on Earth, and ultimately destroy and purify...
