Pattie Howard (born Francine Patience Howard) is an American gospel and R&B singer-songwriter, producer, composer and vocal arranger. She is a Grammy nominated music industry veteran who has released two albums with major record labels, RCA Records and Light Records.
Pattie Brooks (sometimes credited as Patti Brooks and Patty Brooks) is an American singer most frequently associated with the disco era. She was born in Fort Riley, Kansas to a military family. Her first break came in 1968 when she auditioned for the chorus on The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour. In the next decade she became a sought-after backing singer, appearing on the Bobby Darin Show and touring with, among others Helen Reddy. She sang backing vocals on Donna Summer's album I Remember Yesterday.
Pattie Ruffner Jacobs (sometimes spelled Patti or Patty; 1875 – 1935) was an American suffragist from Birmingham, Alabama. She was inducted into the Alabama Women's Hall of Fame in 1978.
Pattie Boyd, English model and photographer, is best known as the first wife of both George Harrison and Eric Clapton. She met Harrison on the set of the film "A Hard Day's Night" in 1964 and they married in 1966. After leaving Harrison in 1974 (and divorcing him completely in 1977) due to his continuous infidelities, Pattie finally went to Eric Clapton, who had been seducing her for years even though he was one of Harrison's best friends. She divorced Clapton in 1989, again due to his infidelities.Pattie Boyd inspired some of each man's most famous songs, such as "Something" written by George Harrison (though he claims it was in fact not written about Pattie but no one in particular) and "Layla", "Bell Bottom Blues", and "Wonderful Tonight" by Clapton. In fact, her autobiography is entitled "Wonderful Tonight: George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Me".
