This is much more unique than the common “Ollie” I think this spelling is much better. My brother is called Oliver, but his nickname is “Oli” and it is quite unique.

I much prefer this spelling of the name than the more popular Ollie. The -y ending over the -ie makes it look somewhat more masculine and looks a lot better, I think.
