I would pronounce this as neeeeeeeeeee-na. It looks ridiculous and would probably make people think the doctor spelled Nina wrong in her birth certificate.

I actually quite like this name. I'm not even sure why. Like Nina it just sounds very foreign (in a good way). I love the sound of it!
