Nichole Millage is an American former Paralympic volleyballist (she retired in 2021 after the Tokyo Paralympics) and an Environmental Sustainability Specialist at the City of Champaign.

Nichole M. Danzl is an American astronomer and biologist who has discovered several trans-Neptunian objects while working with the Spacewatch survey.

Nichole Pinkard is an American computer scientist and associate professor of learning sciences and faculty director of the Office of Community Education Partnerships (OCEP) in the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern. She is helping lead a collaboration with Apple and the Chicago Public School system to teach computer programming to teachers.

Nichole Bloom is an American actress and model. Bloom was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her mother is of Japanese origin and her father is Irish. She loved recreating characters and doing funny voices from a very young age. As a child, she begged her parents to help her get an agent, and then at the age of 14, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting as a career. Nichole attended Santa Susana High School in Simi Valley. Nichole went on to attend the University of Southern California as a Theater major and graduated early, after three years. She says it was a challenge for her to get cast in the university's own plays because she dedicated so much of her spare time to professional auditions outside of school.

Nichole is the name of a character on South Park. She is a black girl who moves to South Park in the episode "Cartman Finds Love". Cartman tries to set her up with Token, the school's only black boy.
