My sister's name is Natalia and we all call her Natalka (we are Polish). I love the name, it's so soft-sounding and sweet. However, I don't recommend it in English-speaking areas, as it is VERY EASILY butchered. It is 'Nah-tahl-kah' not 'Na-tal-ka'. It doesn't seem like much of a difference, but it is.
