Nanny Simon is a Dutch former gymnast. She competed in seven events at the 1952 Summer Olympics.

Nanny Wermuth is a Swedish statistician. She is the Professor emerita of Statistics at Chalmers University of Technology/University of Gothenburg. Her research interests are Multivariate statistical models and their properties, especially graphical Markov models, as well as their applications in the life sciences and in the natural sciences.

Nanny Still-McKinney (1926 — 2009), best known professionally by her maiden name Nanny Still, was a Finnish industrial designer and glass artist, and one of the country's most influential designers of the post-war period.

There's a character called Nanny McPhee from the movie of the same name.
