Milena Canonero, Dame Grand Cross (born 13 July 1949) is an Italian costume designer, who has worked for both film and stage productions. She has won four Academy Awards for Best Costume Design, and been nominated for the award nine times. Milena Canonero was awarded an Honorary Golden Bear during the 67th Berlin International Film Festival.
Milena Milani (1917–2013) was an Italian writer, journalist, and artist. In addition to literature, Milena Milani has also been actively involved in painting, working from 1946 to 1963 with Carlo Cardazzo at the Naviglio Gallery in Milan; has also been part of the artistic work since its foundation, with Lucio Fontana, and participated with works and writings on group exhibitions of this movement.
Milena Pavlović-Barili (5 November 1909 – 6 March 1945) was a Serbian painter and poet. She is the most notable female artist of Serbian modernism. She was born in Požarevac, and the house in which she was born is now a museum, Milena Pavlović-Barili Gallery, dedicated to her life.

Milena Toscano is a Brazilian actress and model. She played the lead role in the telenovela Araguaia. Born in Santo André, São Paulo, Milena Toscano started her career as a model when she was ten years-old, after she was hired by the Ford Models Agency. She performed in her first TV commercial when she was 13 years old. After attending many performing arts schools such as Studio Fátima Toledo, Casa de Artes de Laranjeiras and Escola Livre de Teatro, she was signed by Rede Globo. She debuted in the 2004 telenovela Começar de Novo, playing the character Sofia. Milena Toscano played Martina in SBT's remake of the Mexican telenovela Los Ricos También Lloran, named Los Ricos também Choram, which aired from 2005 to 2006. She also played a lead role in 2010, in the Rede Globo telenovela Araguaia, playing Manuela Martinez. She played the character Vanessa in the 2011 telenovela Fina Estampa. Milena Toscano played an abolitionist and feminist named Filipa do Amaral in the 2016 Escrava Mãe.
