My name is Micajah and I have grown to love it. It is pronounced "mickayjuh" with a long "a" sound in the middle and a hard "j". When I was younger, I hated having this name because no one would ever pronounce it right. I still get teachers and people at my job asking me to give them a nickname instead, even when I insist I want to be called my full name. Now, I really love having it because it's unique. I'm the only Micajah anyone who knows me knows, and that's pretty cool.
