Maryam

Such a pretty name.

If my firstborn child is a girl, I would name her "Maryam", so I could teach her to love her baby brother, "Isa" the most motherly way possible, just like their namesakes!

Absolutely awful spelling of an already not so great name.

I love this, I like the extra 'bite' the final 'm' gives the name. A sweet and unusual form of Mary, less 'stuffy' than Miriam (although Miriam is also pretty). I say it as "MAH-ree-am", don't know if that's right.
