It is a very pretty name, but in the Latin alphabet it is spelt very very similar to my home city and I'd rather not remember that place... it's also pronounced quite similarly...

I've always liked this name. It's pretty but it should only be given to Latina girls. On anyone else it just seems wrong... like cultural appropriation.

I really like this name and it is growing on me. It is lovely, and reminds me of yellow flowers and sunny days.

It could mean sea and sun, from Maris and Sol. Not the more common derivation, but really just as legit. Anyway, I both love and hate the sound, because it's so close to 'aerosol'.
