I think Macy and Macey could work as a feminine form of Matthew and Thomas. The surnames Macy, Mace, Macey and Masse are English (via Norman) surnames derived from Matthew (and possibly Thomas). In fact, there's a feminine form of Masse (which is also an archaic nickname for Matthew), which is Masota (in the Submitted Names Database). I can see Macy and Macey working as nicknames for Masota as well.Sources:

Allegedly also an archaic English diminutive of Thomasine: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/England_Female_Nicknames_(National_Institute)
Macey was given to 246 girls in America in 2015.
I have seen Macey as a last name.
