I think this name is pretty enough to stand on its own, but if it is too frilly, make it a nickname for Elizabeth. I also think you could name your daughter Lilibeth and call her Lily or Lili. I also like the spellings Lilybeth and Lilibet. My name is Elizabeth and I go by Lily, and I've always loved the name! I also think the fact that the Queen went by this justifies it and justifies the use of Lily as a nickname for Elizabeth (because I cannot tell you enough how many times people told me Lily was not a nickname for Elizabeth).
No. To me this almost sounds like lil' Beth which is just insulting.

Some people are way too childish on this website. Lil’ isn’t even a word, secondly Lil’ Beth is not an insult, people can mean little in different ways. Like if you called a child “little cutie” I know that comment is old and was sent years ago 3/3/2014 but I’m just saying.

Wow, that's funny... I just came up with a name like Lilybeth or Lilibeth and then I found out that it was already a name... :( It's a cute name, but it may sound strange if you are forty-something and named this.

I like it, but I'm not sure if a person can use the nickname beyond childhood. But it is a compound of my two favorite nicknames for Elizabeth: Lilly, and Beth.

I love this name so much. However, my husband thinks it's too frilly for a given name. I think I've convinced him to use it as a nickname for our daughter who we will probably name Elizabeth.
Sooooo much better than overused Lizzie, Lizzy or Beth. Lilibeth is cute and mature at the same time and totally rules. I liked Buffy but now it has been ruined by pop culture. I heard the late Queen Mother was nicknamed this - very regal! And hasn't been mauled by popularity!
