This is my name. It's pronounced leh-tih-sha. Not la-tee-sha or (the worst I've heard) le-ti-tia. The I is like the I in bit not like a golf tee. The le at the beginning seems to be the most difficult for Americans to get right. They always want to make it an a sound rather than an eh sound.
