Lawson is such a strong, athletic, handsome, upper-class name perfect for a little one and perfect for a resume!❤️ Love!

I love the name Lawson. I think it is strong and unique, and it ages flawlessly. I also love the potential nicknames “Law” and “Laws”. Overall, I think Lawson is a wonderful name.
I love how it sounds, but it makes me think of the sexist/racist Lawson Bates, who is one of the 19 siblings on the Bringing Up Bates reality show. I've never heard the name anywhere else.
Very handsome name! To the comment on Lawson Bates.. it’s not right to make an assumption someone is racist based on the fact they grew up in an upper class conservative family.

I'll only favor Lars over Lawson when it comes to given names.
I like it! But then I like surnames as first names for boys. I like Lawson because it's not overused and it makes me think of my principal whose last name was Lawson. I know it sounds dorky, but he was a nice guy so to me the name is a keeper.
While Dawson is a great name, Lawson sounds like a hopelessly elitist, stuck up name for a son from a rich family who has to go to a boarding school and is under enormous pressure because of his background and his parents' expectations. It's very surname-y, too.
