Laure is such a beautiful French name. Simple and classy.

Laure is my first name. I love the spelling of it, but being American, it's always misspelled, or mispronounced. I don't get the mispronounced part, the "e" is definitely there, but I usually hear "Laura". I don't hear an "i" in there, either! Mom is Irish, and I was to be Annie Laurie until she saw Laure written somewhere (Dad's Mom was French).

Laure is my middle name and I really like it, it's simple and elegant.
