Seriously! Why aren't these celtic Irish names spelled how they are pronounced?(different language and culture, I know, so I'm being slightly rhetorical here)
If you wish to avoid any stress or headaches for your child, I highly suggest not giving them a name that is spelled nothing like how its pronounced.
It's nothing more than a huge headache- especially for the owner of the name. He or she will be correcting people all their life.
