Ksenia isn't a Polish name. And isn't a Polish form of something. In Poland we can't use foreign names from other countries.
Really? What about eastern Poland? I've even met a girl named Ksenia. In 2001 there were over 2000 women bearing this name in Poland.
Ksenia is also a Russian form of Xenia.
