My cousin's name is Kristen told me how in 6th grade an 8th grader couldn't pronounce her name for 4 MONTHS. She told him 10+ times her name. I say it's not that hard especially when told verbally. She also gave up on telling people her name and hoping they spell it right. They would either spell it Kirsten or Kristin (both names she loathes). The ONLY time it is okay to misspell this name is when you know someone with the same name but spells it differently. Even then those occurrences should be few and far between. I wish this was more common so my cousin didn't have to suffer because people couldn't spell/pronounce her name.
My name is Kirsten, Pronounced cure-sten, now try pulling that off and back in 1963 I was the only one in the world named Kirsten. Still to this day I can proudly say that I am the only Kirsten H_____ in the world! Kirsten is a very powerful name, very unique and say you get lost in a crowd and your friend yells out your name, 'Hey Kirsten', more than likely you're gonna be the only one that turns around so you are going to be easy to find and easily remembered When I was younger a guy would ask me my name and I would tell him and he would repeat some other weird name back to me and he couldn't pronounce my name and it dawned on me as I grew older, that if a guy cannot pronounce my name I probably shouldn't be dating him and neither should you lol just a heads uo. Wear your name with pride, you are unique, you are one of a kind!

This is my name I never knew that Kristen was a kinda common name because I have never met another Kristen before I always thought that my name was spelt different and that no one else had their name spelt with an "e" I thought that I was the only one TBH but now I know that I am not alone, LOL. And TBH I prefer it with the "e".I also hate it when people pronounce it incorrectly I get a little bit mad and I say stuff like "Is it that hard to say Kristen" or "It is pronounced Kris-tin" or I basically yell "PRONOUNCE IT CORRECTLY IT IS NOT THAT HARD TO SAY" so yeah I get mad if someone either pronounces my name wrong or spells/types it wrong. People need to learn to say Kristen correctly but to be short I love my name and would not want to have a different name :)
This is my best friend's name and she hates it. I'm not very fond of it either, but she is a great namesake. The best girl in the world. Also her middle name is Amanda and I think those two names go nicely together.
I think Kristen is an okay name, nothing special, but I do like the crystalline sound of it. However, it might be confusing due to the many similar names: I have friends called Kristen, Kristin, Kirsten, and Kirstie, and you can imagine what it would look like if a little Kristen had classmates who bore any of these names.

Kristen is a name for my protagonist of the videogame called Mass Effect. It sounds pretty and delicate but also has a very strong vibe in the name. Oh, Kristen Stewart has been in a movie as a soldier protagonist once. She did a really good job in that film.
I used to like this name a lot until I realized that KRISTEN is an anagram of STINKER. Now I can't even meet a Kristen without thinking about how her name can be rearranged. That's not a problem for Kristin (with an "i"), but I never really liked that spelling.

I would love to be named Kristen, I like the "e" better than the "i" because it makes it look better and that is how it sounds. It is a very soothing name, and very pretty.
My name is Kristen, and while I like it I get called Kirsten, Kiersten, Christian, Christine, people don't even TRY to pronounce it it seems. I like that I was always the only Kristen, while there were 10 Brittany's and Ashley's in school.
Ah! I didn't notice till now but look up a few spots: Lady_Skywalker just did it! Kirsten and Kristen are not the same name! I hate getting called Kirsten.
I've always enjoyed this name, it's a very upbeat, spunky and pretty name in my opinion. Had a best friend in 4th grade by this name, and a dear friend gave her daughter this name except using a "y" in place of the "i". Lovely girl with lovely name!
I have a friend named Kristen and she loves to talk and is very funny. I guess when I think of someone with this name I think of someone who is happy and loves life.
This is my name! Hey other Kristen's out there, you're not alone! I used to be the only Kristen everywhere until about Middle School, then I met two others. I used to dislike my name a lot (I like the classy names - Elizabeth, Catherine, Isabelle, Adelaide) but it is growing on me. I think I will like it in the end. My friends always come up with the greatest nicknames for me (Kristy, Krisy-ten, Krissy) but I prefer just plain Kristen.
I thought my name was spunky and unusual, until I met 6 other Kristens with different spellings. I like "Kristen" over the other forms, but I may be biased.

I always thought that my name, Kristen was Scandinavian. I was wrong. I also thought it was rather original until 3 Kristens with various spellings showed up in my Grade 1 class. I really like how it is spelled with an e, makes it seem more rounded.
Kristen is a very pretty name (and I'm not being biased, even though it is my name). You don't meet very many people with this name, and usually others spell it Kristin, but I prefer the 'e' instead of the 'i'.
