Kimball Cho is the name of a Korean-American character on the hit TV show, “The Mentalist”. Kimball is a main character and Agent of the California Bureau of Investigations (CBI), playing an ex-Army, ex-police officer, ex-gang member of the Avon Park Playboys gang (nicknamed “The Ice Man”) of Oakland, California. His character is very stoic and serious, and he plays an integral role on the show.

Spencer W. Kimball was an American civic leader, religious leader, philanthropist, and Christian author. Kimball was called to be President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1975-85, and as such was considered a prophet of God by those sharing his faith. In 1977, he received the Golden Plate Award of the American Academy of Achievement. A statue bearing his likeness is featured on the Las Sendas hiking trail in his home state of Arizona, USA.
