Stunning! Love this name!
Very pretty, but I prefer Chiara.
So pretty! Love!
Classless.
Kiara is an absolutely gorgeous name!
Very pretty, elegant, upper class. I only know two Kiara’s. Gorgeous name!
I love that it can mean either black (from Ciara) or bright (from Chiara)!
Beautiful. I prefer Kiara over Keira or Kiera.
Vile.
It sounds like a name a zoo keeper has used for an exotic animal.
Very popular/pretty!
Complete bogan name.
Terrible!
Jeez, these spam comments. Can they just stop trying to make this look like a bad name in general? It doesn't sound too harsh and I think its very beautiful and elegant. It is also one of my favorite Ciara variants too.
Kiara sounds made up!
Kiara’s really pretty!
Kiara drives a Kia.
Can't believe my name is actually this liked. Grew up my whole life hating how short my name was but later in life grew to love it and its simplicity. Strange enough my mom named me after an adult entertainer back in 98', she said the beauty of the lady was so mesmerizing she couldn't get the face of the woman nor the name out her head for days. When it was time for me to be named my mom said she couldn't think of anything but Kiara to be the perfect name. If I do say so myself I have lived up to the name LMFAO. I myself work in the adult entertainment industry.
Long story short, sometimes your name is truly your virtue.
One of the prettiest names I’ve ever heard. I prefer it spelled Kiara.
Beautiful.
I much prefer the classic Italian Chiara (KYAH-ra) or the Irish Ciara (KEE-ra). Kiara isn't bad but it feels a bit 90s and trendy.
Cute!
Really pretty. Much prettier than Ciara in my opinion.
Don’t like it much. Ciara is much better.
Nothing much to say. Boring, and just boring! Feels dry, just, boring!
My best friend is Kiara. I've always been jealous of her name! Very feminine and pretty.
Pretty! In love with this name- Top of our baby name list!
Beautiful! LOVE!
I dislike it tremendously.
Absolutely beautiful!
“noisynora” wrote the same negative comment on pretty much every name we’ve looked up.
I don't see the appeal. It's also overused where I live.
Love the name Kiara. So pretty!
Gorgeous name. I know a couple of Kiara’s (pronounced Key are a). Both very popular, sweet girls! I’ve always loved their name!
Beautiful name. I’ve met a couple of girls with this name (pronounced Key-are-a). Love!
Very pretty. I knew a girl with this name who was really nice!
This name got completely ruined for me because of this girl at school but it's still a nice name.
It's a modern-sounding name, but not overly so.
Although, the way I learned about this was in a Japanese-language textbook I had a few years ago. She was a Chicago girl who goes to a host family.
I haven't met anyone with this name in real life, though. Maybe it's fallen out...
I don’t like it, it sounds like a pet name.
I like this name, even if it always reminds me of a part of my language textbook.
My name is Kiara and I love my name, also I am proud of it.
Absolutely in love with this name. My daughter was named Kiara ( key-ARR-ah) and we are so proud and happy to have her. It is such a joy to say this name hundreds of times a day. It sounds strong and feminine at the same time and reflects the personality of our daughter just perfectly. I don't get when people remember only Lion King. It is quite limited and judicious. I think parents who name their daughter's Kiara have not only bravery to go against the flow, but also imagination and a good taste. Moreover, it sounds lovely and cute.
Not too fond of the name, it sounds a bit Amazonian to me. Sounds like a war cry, "KIARA!".
I work with two girls named Kiara. They spell it the same but prounced it differently (kee-AHR-ə and kee-AIR-ə). I wouldn't suggest this name for new parents. It just seems dated and overdoone. I dislike the way it looks and sounds.
I adore this name! I also prefer the pronunciation "key-ARR-uh", against "KEER-uh".
I'm using this name as the main character in my book. It's a pretty, simple name, though I must just change it. Even though the book is nowhere near copmpletetion, barely past Chp. 1, this is a hard decision, becasue I've been planning this book for almost 2 years now, and the name has always been Kiara. It's hard to let go of the name. While you make get tired of it after a while, a part of you secretly loves that name, even if you think you hate it.It just grows on you, I guess. Or maybe it's just me.
This is SO my cats name! YEAH LION KING!
