I loooove this name and would love to use it, but I doubt that my partner would like it so I don't think I'll ever get to use it :( I adore Hawaiian names and love the meaning of this name, and I also really like its meaning in other languages too (such as Persian). It's a very cute name that isn't super common which is also nice. I would love to have a little Kiana running around. You could nickname her Kia, Ana, Kiki, and Nana.
This is the best spelling of Kiana, in my opinion. When it is spelled "Kiyana," it is no longer Hawaiian, because the letter 'y' doesn't exist in the Hawaiian alphabet.

My older daughter name is Kiana Isabel and nickname Kiki. She is six now and likes her name. Everybody thinks that is unique and girly but is misspelled by many. It was my choice since I've liked it for a long time.
