Hello my name is Kaycee spelled exactly this way. My mom was 29 and my dad 30 when they gave me this name. My grandmother on my mother's side's middle name was Kay and that's where the front half came from and my mom added on the cee part because she liked the name Kaycee. I had no idea so many people disliked my name so much. Wow. Regardless, I think my name is lovely.
I don't like this spelling of Kaycee. I prefer Casey instead. I also think this is too feminine for a boy. However, I think the name Kaylee is waaaaay worse. Like omg, Kaylee is so tacky.
This is my name. I love it. My parents were 20 when they had me. They were not "15-year-old immature parents". This is also just my nickname and in fact, I hate my real name and I came up with this. I mean seriously, who would rather be called Kathleen- Charlotte?!
This is my name. It’s not spelled Kaycee though! It’s spelled that normal, standard way, Casey, and I’m a girl. Even though I prefer the spelling Casey, I’m still interested about this spelling. It’s spelled exactly how it’s pronounced, only with a c, not an s. Personally I like Casey, Kasey, Kacey, Kacie, Kasie, Kacy, and Kaycee on a girl, and Casey, Kasey, and Cayce for a boy. But the name is better on a female, no matter the spelling. It sounds a little too feminine for a boy. I don’t hate the name on a boy though.

This is my name. I promise you I am not ashamed nor disappointed in this name. In fact, I love it!
This babyish, ugly spelling is a great way to ensure its bearer isn't taken seriously past early childhood! What's so wrong with the traditional, standard spelling Casey? It's like people have forgotten a name is supposed to age with its bearer, not just sound cute during the first few years.
I agree with ListenToAsuka, it's worse than bad. The spelling Kaycee is just not nice. I think Casey/Kasey is better, although all its variants seem feminine to me. I'm sorry of I have offended anyone with this name because this is just my opinion, if you like it use it.

I take back what I said in the previous comment, the name Kaycee has grown on me. I like it now. It's not my favourite but it's still a nice name and it's spelled how it sounds which is a plus. This spelling also looks more feminine unlike the spellings Casey/Kasey. Good name.

This is a ridiculous spelling! Name your child Casey or Kasey instead!

This is even worse than "Kacie"! When will parents stop thinking in the moment and think of their children's futures? A good name makes a huge difference, and this name is a cruel joke to play on a child; who will take her seriously as she grows older? Stick with something classic, timeless, and elegant which will serve her well as an adult and yet still has the potential for pet names, like Lavinia, Helena, Marguerite, Tatiana, or Cecilia.
This is just stupid. The name itself is youthful, the spelling looks like something a 15-year-old immature parent would come up with, and you'd hate to have this name with this spelling as an adult, when you'd kind of wish people would assume you are intelligent and competent.
