Icelandic names just have that sort of charm to them. For most people, it is associated with the volcano, but I personally love it as a name that real human beings have. (So, you'll meet those ignorant people who say it's "ugly" or "harsh", but all names are beautiful. To all the Katlas in the world, never be afraid to say your name.)
