I quite like this name. I pronounce it "kah-tah-REEN" (I don't know if that is a correct pronunciation of the name or not, but I love the sound of it) and prefer my personal spelling 'Katarín'. To me, it is a name that can be sweet and gentle, and also strong and confident. It could be the name of a dancer or a soldier, an artist or a leader of the people, a sorceress or a knight who saves her village from dragons.
