Sounds very youthful. This name doesn't suit an adult at all. The kid is only gonna be a child for a small portion of her life, so why give her a name like this?

My name has many meanings and people are always picking on me because of it. Take it from me- you should never judge a person by their name or age because that doesn't matter. It is their actions and their heart you must look at.

My name is Kailey and I LOVE it.

If you love your daughter you will not name her Kailey. Or any variant of this name. Remember some day your little girl will be middle aged and this name does not age well past 5. This name is low class and trashy.

Do not name your kid Kailey, ever. Don't.

I wish people would realize how silly this name is. It's cutesy and childish beyond belief, and will be quite hard to take seriously in the real world. Imagine a judge Kailey Moore, or a doctor Kailey Davis. I'm not saying you wouldn't trust the person simply because of their name, but it makes it a lot harder. This name and its never ending variants (another reason not to use it- no one will know how to spell it!) will become extremely dated in years to come. Remember the -arry/-erry trend? Larry, Terri, Keri, etc. Are all pretty dated by now. This name screams 'I was born in the 2000's!' Along with all the equally atrocious -ayden names. If you like the name so much, why not just name your daughter something like Katherine Lee or Kathleen Leah and call her Kaylee as a nickname? At least then she'll have a more classic (and more unique) alternative to fall back on when she's older.

Kailey is way to common! It is too simple. K- Lee. Its OK but sounds boring.

Kailey is a pretty sounding name, but rather childish.

People say that Kailey won't age well, but by the time the Kailey's, Kaylee's, Kayleigh's, Caylee's, etc. are old women, it will be considered an "old lady" name, because so many older people have it. Also, it's just like Hailey, but most people who hate Kailey don't mind Hailey.

I don't like these trendy child names. I mean what happens when you're 50 and your name is Cayley? Seriously it's a little kid name. There's so many ways to spell this name it's annoying.

I have 2 things to say about this name:
-This name is really cute! I love it.
-Kailey was the second Girl of the Year for American Girl in 2004.

I don't really like the spelling of my name though. At school I write it Kaeli instead of Kailey. It is more cool and less cute. Kinda like my style. When I play sports, though, I have to change it back to Kailey. It's not that I am ashamed of the way my name is spelt. I like it but I just like Kaeli better.
