My name is Kacey and I spell it that way too. I am a girl and have only ever come across 1 boy with the name and they spell it like Casey which I think is the most boyish way of spelling it. But I do also know a girl called Casey as well. I really like my name and think it's cool that it is a mixed used name between girls and boys. I personally think it's more suitable for a girl than a boy but that's only my opinion.
I think people prefer the spellings Kasey, Kacey, Kacie, Kaycee, etc rather than Casey because Casey is too common, boring, and overused as a spelling. Though Casey is the only masculine accepted way to spell it. I prefer this spelling Casey. All those kri8tiv spellings are fine since they lead to proper pronunciation rather than Casey since my name is pronounced Cassie, but this is the original unisex spelling, so I’m happy with it:) I really love Casey for a girl:)

I like this spelling best for Casey simply because it registers as KAY-cee, rather than CAS-ee.
This was a brief nickname of mine. My initials are C.K. but being called Seekay would be weird. It never got to the point where anyone had to spell this nickname, but I think it would be spelled like this.
This is my middle name (except it's spelt KACY). I don't really know what to think of it. I have never met anyone with the spelling or this name, so that's pretty cool. At one point, I considered using my middle name because my first name was too common. Only one problem with it though: EVERY TIME the library calls, they say my middle name like CASSIE. NOT COOL! :@@

This is quite a cutesy and infantile spelling of a boyish name that doesn't sound good on a woman.
Kacey is the name of a big furniture company. Why would you name your kid after a company? Besides that, Kacey is a terrible name and is used for boys and girls. I don't even know if it's a boys or girls name.
