Joslyn Hoyte-Smith, OLY, is a British former 400 metres athlete. Hoyte-Smith competed in the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, where, as part of the women's 4×400 metres relay team, she won a bronze medal. She represented England and won a gold medal in the 4 x 400 metres relay event, at the 1978 Commonwealth Games in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Four years later she represented England and won a bronze medal in the 400 metres event, at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.Hoyte-Smith is chair of the GB Olympians, the national association for Olympic athletes.
