Soon to be a presidential name. I'm of the opinion that it is a nice name for an adult, but it feels weird on a child. Children do, of course, grow up over time.
Joseph Stalin, the brutal dictator of Soviet Union, unfortunately was a bearer of this name. He is responsible for the deaths and torture of 20-30 million people. He was BEYOND EVIL. He is responsible for many horrible things, including mass murder, totalitarian rule, tyranny, slavery, repressions, oppression, human rights violations, genocide, deportations, ethnic cleansing, unlawful executions and mass starvations.
