I think the name James is too common, and Jim and Jimmy are too informal. Also, both are too classical. So, I looked at the trendy names. But the name Jameson is too like a surname. So, we should use the name Jimin.

I love how it is suitable for masculine and feminine.

This is my name (I'm a girl) and I love it. It's interesting to see that people rated it as 'masculine' here because it is much more common for girls in South Korea although it is a unisex name. Also it is a relatively contemporary name, so most of Jimins would be under 40s.

Ji-min is very fresh, beautiful name. People with this name are usually very smart, empathetic, kind and confident. Sometimes there is the impression that they have divine abilities. People with this name are very talented, creative and wise. They have 2 strong personas: one is very lovable, second is intimidating. They are like royals whom people chose because of love.
