My three year old son is named Jake and we have never met another little Jake since he was born. Apparently it is quite rare, it has never broken the top 40 in the U.S. and has become more rare since it's peak in the late 90s. It has not been in the top 100 boy names in the U.S. since 2013. We hope it continues to be an unpopular name.
