I like the meaning, but I don’t like the sound of it. It’s my name, but I’m a female who pronounces it JAY-duh. People have always thought I was stupid, which is the opposite of this name’s meaning. Otherwise, I like YAH-dah for a man better than my own name.

My name is Jada. I love my name. Also, my name is not ghetto. :)

The meaning is really neat. Is this pronounced the same as the female name (JAY-da) or is it different? Jah-da?

I like this name for a girl - I've never thought of it as a man's name.
