When I put it in the Bing translator, it came up Izolday. In my opinion that's the best sounding anyway.

Proper Italian pronunciation:EE-Zot-TahStress "I" into "EE." An "S" between two vowel creates "Z." Pronounce the "O" as in "No!" Both "T"s are distinctly said, most easily accomplished by placing extra emphasis on the letter before (in this case: "O"). As always, "A" equals "Father."
