I think this is a really cool name, though I read it with the Anglicized pronunciation of ie-ZAY-as (like Isaiah, but ending in an S instead of an H).

Data point on pronunciation - I know a little boy named Isaias, and it was pronounced with 4 syllables: EE-sah-EE-ahs. I live in the US and I'm not sure where his family was from.
