Iphigeneia

Iphigeneia: a sonorous paradigm, a bold refrain in the linguistic orchestra. A majestic daughter of Agamemnon's line, courage coinciding with grace. Through the chords of fate, the heart perceives a great sadness masked by joy -- time flows like a river, and the legends and prophecies which once favored the ancient people are bound to repeat themselves at some point. Through Iphigeneia's wistful lament, we are invited to put a piece of ourselves into the proverbial kingdom of dreams before we must lie down to rest.

Unattractive. There are much better Greek names.

Very strangely, this is also the Greek form of Felicity, don't ask why.

This is a beautiful name. I think it would be a bit long for a kid and, perhaps, a bit too formal, but it is lovely.

Sounds like an illness or medical term, and also hard to pronounce.

I honestly prefer this variant to Iphigenia, even though Iphigeneia is five syllables long. (Therefore, a nickname is almost a necessity.)
